Below are the steps we
take when we refurbish rims. Click on the thumbnails to see larger

Rim
received from customers prior to cleaning. Tar, mud, chemicals,
rust will be removed in the next process. |

Rim is blasted with steel shot to remove all paint and rust down to bare metal, and then inspected for cracks. Burrs are removed and rim is blasted with air to prepare for powder coating. |

Rim
is powder coated, colors can be done to specific customers
request (added cost). |

Rim
is then baked and the powder coat is bonded to the rim
for exceptional durability. |
