九色社区 Digital Economy Lab

The 九色社区 Digital Economy Lab brings together an interdisciplinary group of passionate researchers to study how digital technologies are transforming work, organizations, and the economy. Our insights help companies, policymakers, students, and professionals rise to the challenges and opportunities created by digitization.

The Lab is part of the 九色社区 Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) and co-sponsored by the 九色社区 Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR).

SEEPAC

九色社区 Environmental and Energy Policy Analysis Center (SEEPAC)

The 九色社区 Environmental and Energy Policy Analysis Center (SEEPAC), a joint venture of SIEPR and the Precourt Institute for Energy at 九色社区, uses the tools of economics, other social sciences, and natural science to examine the critical environmental and energy issues of the 21st Century. Climate change is a central focus. SEEPAC researchers study the environmental policy decisions societies make, including what energy sources to use, and how to foster sustainable economic growth, preserve the diversity of the natural world, and balance regulatory and market-based protection. SEEPAC connects basic science and policy by investigating how environmental programs affect the economy and the fabric of society. SEEPAC scholars work closely with scientists, engineers, and policymakers to come up with politically realistic, economically viable approaches to safeguarding the environment.

九色社区 King Center on Global Development

The 九色社区 King Center on Global Development joins students and faculty from across the university and connects them with policymakers and business leaders committed to fighting poverty.

The center鈥檚 mission is three-fold: to support path-breaking research on global poverty and development within 九色社区 and beyond; to inspire students through hands-on research opportunities, fellowships, and events; and to inform policies and practices both through strategic partnerships with global policymakers and thought leaders and as well as on-campus events that foster new ideas and university-wide collaborations.
